We are looking for a sharp analytical mind with a passion for performance and data to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). If you're an expert in translating complex data into meaningful insights, this is your chance to make a tangible impact on Aotearoa’s natural environment.
As the Senior Portfolio Performance Analyst, you will lead the development and delivery of high-level analysis and reporting across DOC’s project, programme and investment portfolio. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you’ll ensure critical decisions are grounded in insight, accuracy, and strategic foresight.
This is more than a reporting role — it's a strategic position that drives capability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across DOC's investment portfolio.

The purpose of the team is to enable the successful delivery of DOCs Investment Portfolio by providing fit for purpose tools and frameworks. We support better investment decisions by providing efficient and effective delivery and assurance, driving successful realisation of outcomes and benefits.

The salary range for this position is $92,450.00 -$116,985.00 pro-rata with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
